The following pricing is per semester-

**Installment payment plans and discount family plans for 3+ children are available.

REGISTRATION - $35 per student payable at registration.


PLAN A -

Weekly private lessons on one instrument plus weekly group lessons - 

$300 -  30 min. ($75 per month / $18.75 per week)               $600 - 1 hr        ($150 per month / $37.50 per week)


PLAN B -

3 Weeks of private lessons and one week of group lesson on one instrument (total of 4 lessons) - or - weekly one family group (of three or more students in the same immediate family on the same instrument).

$275 - 30 min. ($70 per month / $17.50 per week)                $550 - 1 hr       ($140 per month / $35 per week)

PLAN C - Bi-Weekly Lessons (one instrument)

 $160 - 30 min. ($40 per month / $20 per week)                    $320 1 hr.           ($80 per month / $40 per week) 


PLAN D - Monthly Lessons (one instrument)

$100 - 30 min. ($25.00 per month)
$200 - 1 hr.      ($50 per month)



PLAN E - USOMATA Youth Orchestra/Ensemble
Open enrollment for all USOMATA (plan A students are automatically enrolled in this program) and non-USOMATA students level 2 and above.
$175 - 1 rehearsal per week for entire Semester.
($44 per month / $11 per week)

PLAN Fa - Master Violin/Viola Lessons via web cam with Merietta Oviatt (taught at the school or student's home) lessons scheduled on an individual basis.

$25 - 30 min         $40 - 1hr


PLAN Fb - Master Private Lessons taught in person at the school

$25 - 30 min     $50 - 1 hr


PLAN Fc - Group Master Lessons taught at the school

Prices TBA with master teacher - (generally approximately $20 per student) dependent on Master fees and transportation costs.


5% Family Discount - 3 or more students, on 3 different instruments, enrolled in lessons within an immediate family.

EDITED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR

(Full copies will be given at registration)

1.  PRIVATE LESSONS
     Private lessons are available for violin, viola, cello, bass, classical guitar, piano, and voice. Lessons are available on a 30- minute or 1-hour basis. Master lessons via web-cam available for violin and viola students; time tba.

2.  GROUP LESSONS AND ORGANIZATIONS (included in tuition)
     One-hour group lessons for each specific instrument are taught once per month.

3- Orchestra/Fiddling/Quartets- An orchestra experience is offered for all students level 2 and above. All students are expected to perform in all performance events. Time permitting, fiddling and quartets will be taught for beginning (level 1) and advanced students.

4.  MAKE-UP LESSONS
     Teacher-cancelled lessons will be made up by the end of the semester.
Students may make up pre-arranged absences at the discretion of the teacher, usually within the month. Lessons missed without teacher arrangement or notification will not be rescheduled.  Missed group lessons or orchestra/ensemble lessons cannot be made up.

5.   PARENTS AND STUDENTS are asked to follow the “Suzuki Guidelines For Parents and Students” for lesson preparation and protocol.  These guidelines will be issued at the first Lesson in the Student’s packet.

6.    MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS will be given during lessons via hardcopy, and will also be available on the website asto keep parents and students up-to-date on School activities, events, requirements, schedules, etc.  PLEASE READ THESE  NEWSLETTERS CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY TO KEEP INFORMED OF SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AND INSTRUCTIONS.  Special announcements and bulletins will be sent to families via provided e-mail addresses.
